Beyond

In fall 2015, I collaborated with the NYC dance company Zullo/Raw Movement on an immersive dance production. I designed and built the set pieces which were conceptualized as ever smaller sculptural elements which contain the dancers in various ways. The audience was free to move around the pieces as if in a gallery. The spaces were a canvas for choreographer John Zullo and the dancers to explore the physical, psychological, and emotional effects of space (or lack of space) on the body.

I have a passion for landscape and ecology and have an eye for low-impact outdoor interventions.

I participated in Horticulture Certification program at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and am a member of the

Product Design

In response to Austin’s plastic bag ban, Chris Fergeuson and I designed an expandable, layerable die-cut shopping bag.

Made out of new and recycled banner material, leather, and other textiles, we experimented with color combinations and scalable fabrication. The product was sold online and at art fairs in Austin and New York City.
